What ‘Makes’ the Value of a Currency?

Money is NOT based on the amount of Gold in a Governments Vault.

(Although it once was, a long time ago.)

In a VERY BASIC SENSE
(though there are far more complex factors than this).
The laws of Supply and Demand mean that Lots of something is worth less than a Rare amount of something.

If you want your currency to be worth more you simply supply less of it,
.
If you want to spend more money simply make more (Not necessarily physically, just make more available digitally) but that makes the value of your currency go down. (Vs the value of other currencies)
.
This is called “Monetarism”.
.
Only one government still practises basing the value of money on the “Gold Standard”,
.
The USA abandoned the Gold Standard under Nixon.

Counterfeiting is Illegal.

The Main Reason for This, Is that it Devalues The National Currency!

You only have to make a cursory study of the treaty 'Wealth of Nations' <Adam Smith first version 1776> to know how this happened and where it was gonna go!

When you go to a bank and arrange any form of a loan,

NO ONE goes to some deep dark vault and moves a large pile of money from one shelf to another!

The bank does not even digitally transfer funds from one place to another, before providing you with the Cash.

They simply type in the amount of currency you want into your account, then immediately start charging you interest!

They “Create Money” that NEVER BEFORE EXISTED!

These Practices Called are “Fractional Reserve Lending”.

This is one of the reasons for a “Boom” and “Bust economy!

(Immigrants were never the reason just the "Fall The Guy",)

(But international Bust are NOT seen as a bad thing by the international financial institutions, But More on that later!)

I REPEAT: Counterfeiting is illegal. The Main Reason for This, is that it Devalues Money!

Fractional Reserve Lending 'Is' the very definition of Digital Currency Counterfeiting. And should be treated as the Crime it in Fact Is!

I mean IT REALLY IS an illusion.

It is Voodoo,

It is the placebo effect of quack Faith Healing,

It simply only works, exist and has power because of people’s faith in it.

It is backed by nothing (There is no bit of Gold per note). You simply change its inherent value by supplying less or more of it from the printing press. (Monetarism).

Fractional Reserve Lending is a form of Monetarism, practised on a digital level BUT by Unelected Private Financial Institutions rather than Our Elected Officials!

And it is practised irresponsibly by forces that do not have the greater good or either their Country or the World as a motive!

Financial Crashes of our Boom and Bust system MAKE CERTAIN INTEREST ALLOT OF WEALTH and so is obviously NOT SEEN AS A BAD THING by those interest.

They see it as a regular SALE, to get discounted assets the same way that We might view Black Friday Sales as a way of getting the cheap TVs!

'They' are looking forward to the next Financial Collapse with eager greedy eyes!

They feel they are entitled to a decent crash once in a while!

This is Very Basically what A 'Hedge Fund Manager' IS!

And before any of you reply with statements about regulatory bodies and existing safeguards and countermeasures,

You are basically talking about the Inmates Running the Prison, the Children Running the classroom, the Patents running the Asylum.

I am not saying the system had become corrupt but THAT IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN CORRUPT!

It is not a random accident that an increase in funding for groups campaigning for BREXIT began in earnest mere weeks after the EU wanted to place much tighter restrictions on Banking Legislation.
.
Including and on the very top of the EU financial reform list, much tighter controls on so-called 'Fractional Reserve Lending.'
.
Having a location just offshore of EU with much more "Flexible" financial regulation would be extremely useful to the right organisations.
